One of the best actions we can take, with courage, is to relax.

With Agnes Scott’s new focus on meditation, this seems like a relevant piece of advice!

Has anyone gone to the various meditation events on campus? If so, how were they?

  2. I think we should start a subversive teabag movement. We can have a tag line that real women choose real teabags.

      or environmentally sustainable ones? (ones without the tags with little messages on them… I’ve exposed myself as the person who chooses the cute message over the paperless teabags…) that fits!
